What is the Lean Practitioners Workshop?
The Lean Practitioners Workshop designed to give participants a full understanding of the range of Lean Manufacturing techniques, what benefits they bring, how they are applied and how they relate to one another. Delegates will be guided through a complementary blend of theory and practical exercise designed to make putting the techniques into practice back in the workplace as easy as possible.

How is it used?
Lean manufacturing techniques are used to eliminate waste From manufacturing processes thus enabling products to be made Right First Time and for the lowest possible cost. This in turn allows the manufacturers to offer customers best value whilst remaining profitable.
