What is the Value Stream Mapping Workshop?

A 3-day workshop teaching the principals and techniques involved in Value Stream Mapping and learning how Value Stream Mapping helps to deliver a Lean Manufacturing environment. The workshop combines theory and examples and is designed to be interactive and help individual delegates understand how to relate the principals to their own working environments.

It shows every step involved in the material and information flows needed to bring a product from order to delivery and allows you to identify a strategy for reducing all non-value adding activities from your manufacturing processes.
