What the Price Includes
1) All prices shown are exclusive of VAT and include all course materials, course
notes, lunch and refreshments
2) Group size is limited to 15 people
3) The price does not include transport to, or accommodation, at the venue

Payment and Cancellation
1) Upon receipt of booking confirmation, invoices will be issued for payment within 30 days
2) Cancellations may be made in writing but are subject to a 25% fee up to 4
weeks prior to the commencement date of the course and a 50% cancellation fee when cancelled between 2 & 4 weeks of the course commencement date.
Thereafter cancellations are not accepted. Substitutions are acceptable at any
time
3) If, for any reason, EMS Ltd requires to cancel any training course, a full refund of course fees will be made
