Maintenance Auditing – Why?

Identify opportunities for improving reliability & reducing maintenance costs
Demonstrates to customers a commitment to Customer service level, Product quality & Lowest manufacturing costs
Keep up to date with maintenance best practices
Allows external benchmarking & group comparison

What EMS Offers?

We conduct 3 day on-site maintenance audits which are a thorough examination of current maintenance systems and procedures. The on-site survey allows us to score each company which in turn allows comparison against an ideal situation and against others in the industry. The score rating is accompanied by a comprehensive report on our findings which includes, most importantly, detailed recommendations on the improvements required. The images and diagrams below outline the process and some typical findings.
